Many people are wondering how and where to get the glasses that you should wear to protect your eyes when viewing the eclipses. The San Antonio Public Libraries are having some events scheduled at various locations where you can get the glasses. You can also get the glasses from HEB, Walmart, Lowes and online from many sources. You should NOT plan to view the eclipses without these special glasses to avoid damage to your eyes.

On October 14, 2023, an annular solar eclipse will cross the sky from Oregon to Texas. On April 8, 2024, a total solar eclipse will be visible as it crosses from Texas to Maine.
