Welcome to the Health Science Information Literacy Modules
There are four Health Science Information Literacy Modules. Each module is located in the Modules tab. Modules must be completed in-order. *Each time you click on a lesson in the module, a new window or tab will open. This will enable you to continue to access the overall module collection. It is important to note that each module can take 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
A quiz will be administered at the end of each module, totaling four quizzes. Each quiz contains 10 questions. Each quiz question is worth 1 point, for a total score of 10 points per quiz. Each question has 3 attempts, providing students 3 chances to answer a question correctly.
Proof of Completion: At the end of each module quiz, you will see instructions on how to email your score to yourself and your instructor. It is highly recommended that you include your email to ensure that you receive a copy of your scores.
The image below is an example of the email form. After submitting the form, an email will be sent out from Credo Courseware and it will have Credo Assessment Results as the subject line.
