My ACES username and Banner number don't work when I try to log into a library e-resource. What do I do?
First, check for any typos when entering your ACES username and Banner number. If the information was entered correctly and you still can't log in, contact the library for assistance in person, chat, email, or text 210-812-2632.
Why do I get an unsafe connection prompt when I try to open a library e-resource?
If you receive a message about and unsafe connection: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (all at once – works for all browsers) and in the window that opens clear cache/data. It is easiest to clear everything, but if you like, you can uncheck history. The most important are “cookies” and “site data”. Then close and reopen the browser.
Another option is to use a different browser to access the e-resource.
