Early College High School and Dual Credit Library Information: Technology Questions

Why I am having trouble accessing e-resources?

Why do I get an unsafe connection prompt when I try to open a library e-resource?

If you receive a message about and unsafe connection: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (all at once – works for all browsers) and in the window that opens clear cache/data.  It is easiest to clear everything, but if you like, you can uncheck history.  The most important are “cookies” and “site data”.  Then close and reopen the browser.

Another option is to use a different browser to access the e-resource.

When I try to login into a library e-resource, my ACES username and Banner number don't work?

Contact the library during operating hours for assistance.  You may reach us by in person, chat,, phone: 210-486-3557, or text: 210-812-2632.

If you contact the library outside of business hours, email, text, or call to leave a message.  Please include your contact info and librarian will follow up the next business day.
